Sokigo has launched Gaida for VA, Sweden's smartest operational system for the water and sewage industry! We are now looking for an operational specialist who wants to help our customers take the next step – from consulting to implementation and turning new technology into concrete benefits throughout the customer journey.

As an expert in water and sewage, you combine your industry knowledge with a clear interest in technology. You build relationships, drive work to completion, and contribute to making underground infrastructure visible and actionable through data, analysis, and digital workflows. You will get close to both the customers' operations and our internal teams and will be involved in developing our offerings over time.

Your responsibilities

• Support customers in the implementation and use of Gaida for VA
• Conduct training for customers and assist them in developing their operations using Gaida for VA
• Perform operational tests of Sokigo's solutions and conduct customer demos
• Follow industry developments and translate insights into improvements of Sokigo's offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to further develop our services and products

Qualifications

• Work experience in the water and sewage sector, e.g., water engineer, investigation engineer, or equivalent
• Master's/bachelor's degree in ecosystem technology, civil engineering, water and sewage, or equivalent
• Experience with GIS and/or consulting background is an advantage
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

You thrive in a consulting role with customer contact, are curious, and keep yourself updated on technology and the industry. With a results-oriented approach, pedagogical ability, and structure, you make complex issues understandable and drive assignments to completion.

Good to know

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Gävle, Sundbyberg, Gothenburg, Karlskrona, or Malmö. We apply a probationary period.
